Our Locality
Long Clawson is about six miles north of Melton Mowbray between the A606 Melton to Nottingham road and the A607 Melton to Grantham road. This should locate the village for you and the Location page should do the rest.
You will find Elms Farm at the East End of the village at the junction of Hose Lane and Waltham Lane (road signs for which stand in front of our brick garden wall on each side of our brown front gates - not the entrance!) On the right end of the wall there is a Post Box to the right of which is an unmade lane leading to our gravel car park twenty yards down on the left. Please park on the gravel where the two lights help in the dark. The house entrance is between the tall conifer hedge on the left and the shorter clipped conifer hedge on the right then through the gate to the front garden. Follow the path to the patio and the front door - mind the step!
